What happens if rain is forecast?
We only apply sealer with a safe drying window and reschedule if weather could affect the finish.
How often should asphalt be sealed?
Most Mid-Atlantic pavement benefits from sealing every two to three years.
Does sealcoating repair cracks?
No. Sealcoating protects the surface; hot rubberized crack repair is a separate service.
Can you work around business hours?
